Moosic, Pennsylvania is a beautiful community in Lackawanna County located in Bucks County, Pennsylvania, six miles southwest of Wilkes-Barre and thirteen miles northeast of downtown Scranton. Moosic is the second-largest city in Lackawanna County and is known for its many shops, outdoor recreation opportunities, and historic buildings. Moosic is also home to the American Kennel Club, which offers events like the Canine Club Show in partnership with the state park system.
